What is a tile shim used for?

Not all bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling. As a result, it is sometimes necessary to compensate for the thickness of the tiles. In bathrooms where the tiles do not reach the ceiling, the tile shim can be used to compensate for the thickness of the tiles. The shim is also stackable if required. Where should the hand shower holder be fitted on the bath?

Less water is coming out than it used to. What can I do?

A dirty screen seal may be the cause of the low flow rate. The shower head itself may also be limescale-encrusted. You can easily clean our FlexClean nozzles whilst showering by rubbing them with the palm of your hand. If the hand shower is heavily limescale-encrusted, you can remove it and place it in a basin filled with a cleaner containing citric acid, leaving the cleaner to work for a while. Then rinse it thoroughly under running water. The surfaces should be cleaned in accordance with the care instructions supplied with the products.

My hand shower doesn’t stay in the holder properly. What am I doing wrong?

Please check that the shower hose has been fitted correctly. The conical coupling must face the hand shower, which is hooked into the holder. Thanks to its conical shape, it sits securely in the holder.

Water continues to drip from the tap or shower head for a short while after use. What can I do?

In the case of taps and shower heads, brief dripping is due to physical causes and does not constitute a product defect that would justify the replacement of the tap or give rise to a warranty or guarantee claim.

Can the shower rail be shortened?

Depending on the model, the shower rail can be adapted to the room situation and shortened if necessary.
