Family, trust, quality and responsibility. What drives us and shapes us for the long term.

Values with a tradition. Quality with a future.

heinrichschulte stands for all future generations and products that will continue to impress long after the moment has passed. As a family-owned business, we combine local manufacturing, durable products, proven quality, and responsible decision-making with our commitment to creating lasting value.

Our commitment to these values is evident in several areas. It begins with economically stable and regionally anchored production, extends to environmental responsibility and social sustainability, and includes reliable warranties, independent certifications, and a digital information chain that makes products predictable and transparent even before installation.

We do not view quality solely in technical terms. For us, quality also means responsibility toward customers, partners, employees, and future generations. That is why we invest in modern manufacturing, short supply chains, safe processes, resource-efficient technologies, and a corporate culture that strategically takes sustainability into account. Our value proposition cannot be reduced to individual statements; rather, it is evident in our daily work: in development, in production, in service, in our collaboration with customers, and in our day-to-day interactions with our employees. For heinrichschulte, this means: acting reliably, making conscious decisions, and achieving sustainability for our grandchildren.

Sustainability for our grandchildren

For heinrichschulte, sustainability is not a single project, but rather part of our corporate philosophy. As a family-owned business, we think of quality beyond the product life cycle: durable fixtures, responsible manufacturing, resource-efficient processes, and reliable partnerships. Our goal is to conduct business in a way that ensures its long-term viability – for today, tomorrow, and future generations. In short: sustainability for our grandchildren.

Manufacturing in Germany – minimal environmental impact from transport

By manufacturing in Germany, heinrichschulte is making a clear commitment to quality, responsibility and regional value creation. Our manufacturing sites in Iserlohn combine technical precision, short supply chains and close coordination within the de Gruyter / Stach Group. The geographical proximity of key manufacturing and value-added areas reduces the environmental impact of transport, strengthens security of supply and lays the foundation for fittings that are reliably manufactured in Germany.

Guarantee

Reliability is not just evident at the time of purchase, but over many years of use. That is why heinrichschulte stands for durable products, tested quality and a guarantee that inspires confidence. Our fittings are designed and manufactured to consistently impress in everyday use – technically, functionally and aesthetically. The guarantee is therefore a clear sign of our commitment to our customers, partners and products.

Certifications

Certifications make accountability transparent. heinrichschulte relies on audited management systems, standard-compliant processes and independent verification in key areas such as quality, the environment, energy, health and safety, and sustainability. They create transparency, provide guidance and confirm that our requirements are not merely set out on paper, but are systematically implemented. In this way, standards become an integral part of our value proposition.

Digital Information Chain

With heinrichschulte’s digital information chain, our products can support you even before they are physically installed. Technical information, design data, product features, images and planning data are combined to create a digital twin that represents the product precisely, comprehensively and in a way that is relevant to its application.

This digital twin lays the foundation for modern planning, efficient coordination and reliable product communication. Fittings and system solutions can be digitally integrated, compared, planned and utilised in target applications – for example, via BIM data, 3D planning data or using applications such as PaletteCAD.

Product quality becomes apparent not only in the physical component, but already in the digital space. For specialist retailers, planners, architects and installers, this results in greater transparency, less coordination effort and greater certainty in the planning process. The digital information chain links development, data quality and customer benefit into a seamless system – from the initial product concept through to digital availability.
